Information
Es Fangar is a certified organic estate of around 1,000 hectares in the centre of Mallorca, with a gravity-fed winery completed in 2016. This is the most complete visit on the estate: two unhurried hours covering its history since the first vines were replanted in 2004, the full winemaking process, and six wines drawn across the range.
